Since establishment in 1986, SEP's founding core principle is to provide a simple and effective surveying solutions. Our principles have not changed but our business certainly has.

As a group, SEP have worked on projects for major petrochemical companies, utilities companies, property developers, building and civil engineering contractors, consulting engineers, local authorities, architects and private individuals.

The group employs more than 140 site staff and over the last 30 years has grown to be one of the largest independent companies in our field. 

Survey and Engineering Projects have completed thousands of projects, working on some of the most recognisable landmarks in the UK. We continue to expand and diversify our portfolio of services to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Using industry leading, established methodologies, SEP Hydrographic benefits from the backing and experience of one of the largest independent companies in land survey. The company is based in the North West but surveys all over the UK using the permanently mobilised road-transportable vessel, 'Pulsar'. 

With in-house processing and data presentation capabilities, the SEP Hydrographic team have considerable experience in both land and marine surveying. Sector experience ranges from offshore power generation and engineering projects to port and harbour surveys and coastal monitoring.
