We’re Hiring: Graduate Geo-Surveyor

Posted 13 July 2026

By heather Heather Blackford

Our survey team is growing, and we’re looking for a Graduate Geo-Surveyor to join us.

This is a hands-on graduate role designed to give you direct experience from day one. You’ll be part of the small, close-knit team that delivers our geophysical and hydrographic surveys end to end: vessel mobilisations, field acquisition on our fleet, and office-based data processing and reporting back at our Wirral office.

It’s the perfect first step for someone leaving university who wants to build a genuine career across both sides of the survey lifecycle, working on projects for clients in offshore renewables, ports and harbours, and coastal infrastructure.

We’re looking for someone with the right attitude above all else. Attitude matters more than a perfect skills match on day one. If you’re proactive, curious, and genuinely willing to learn new techniques and new software, we’d love to hear from you. A degree in a relevant scientific subject (Hydrographic Surveying, Geophysics, Geography, Marine Geography, Geomatics, Marine Science, Ocean Engineering, Physics or Geology) is essential, along with a willingness to be based in the North West.

Full details, including duties, requirements and how to apply, are on our careers page:
